Please join the Miracle League Crew at
Crystal Falls Golf Course on Friday, October 22, 2021
for a fun day of golf to benefit the Miracle League at Town and Country. 
Price per Golfer is $125 (detail below); there are also many Sponsorship Opportunities!


Our Mission is to allow every special needs child the ability to play Miracle League Baseball regardless of financial constraints. 
We provide a place where every child deserves and can play ball and we will say "NO" to NO child. 

Format: 4-person scramble
Date: Friday, October 22, 2021
Time: 1:00 PM, Shotgun start
Place: Crystal Falls Golf Course

Check-in and Lunch: Begins at 11:30 am

Fee: $125.00 per Person (portion is  Tax Deductible)

Includes: 18 holes, green fees, golf cart, practice balls, gift bag, boxed lunch, drink tickets plus drinks after the round

**  When Registering online, please read and follow all the instructions on the first page of the registration form.  You must click "Add Registrants" for each player, including the initial registrant.  Do not click NEXT until all the golfers have been registered.
