For the Spring 2024 Season, ALL NEW Buddies  must get the Online Referral submitted!  
Each Buddy must get the Online Referral form submitted prior to 04/01 or you will be ineligible to participate!
The Referral may be submitted by an ADULT, other than your family members;  For example, a teacher, coach, pastor, scout leader, etc.
